The Brief

To support lifecycle marketing at scale, Alexis was tasked with designing a cohesive, modular library of branded email templates. The system needed to work seamlessly across SendGrid and Amazon Pinpoint, support a range of campaigns—from onboarding to re-engagement—and remain accessible, on-brand, and easy for non-designers to update. Alexis led creative strategy, UX/UI design, and email production—developing responsive, ADA-compliant templates in Adobe XD, then translating them into clean HTML/CSS for deployment. Each module was built for flexibility, with reusable components for hero imagery, CTAs, dynamic messaging, and legal content. She collaborated closely with lifecycle marketing leads to ensure smooth integration with CRM systems and long-term scalability for future campaigns.

Why it Matters

The final system empowered non-designers to build brand-aligned emails quickly and consistently—cutting campaign turnaround time by over 60%. Used across dozens of lifecycle flows, the templates improved both performance and visual cohesion. In a high-growth, resource-limited environment, this project demonstrated Alexis’s ability to turn design strategy into scalable execution—supporting broader goals like automation, personalization, and marketing velocity.
